“Dalan” has been designed and constructed in line with the latest LEED v4 for BD+C: Core and Shell standards.
Our commitment to sustainable construction practices and environmentally-friendly design has enabled us to create a unique building that is set to become a flagship project for Armenia. As part of our mission to create a green building, we are striving to receive either a LEED USGBC SILVER or GOLD certificate.
We believe that sustainable design and construction practices can help to reduce the environmental impact of buildings and promote a healthier, more sustainable way of life. By incorporating sustainable features into our building, we aim to reduce energy consumption, lower our carbon footprint, and provide a healthier indoor environment for our occupants.
As a result, the Dalan Technopark building is not only a modern and state-of-the-art facility but also an environmentally responsible one. We are proud to be contributing to the development of Armenia’s sustainable future and to be leading the way in sustainable building practices in the region.

We are proud to offer state-of-the-art office spaces that meet the highest standards of measurement and design. Our office spaces are built in accordance with the BOMA 2017 For Office Buildings Standard Methods of Measurement – ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-2017, set by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
This means that our office spaces are designed and built to provide the most efficient use of space, resulting in an optimal working environment for our tenants. Our goal is to ensure that our tenants have access to the most modern and functional office spaces available, allowing them to focus on their work and grow their businesses.
By incorporating the BOMA 2017 standard into our office spaces, we are able to provide clear and accurate measurements of floor area, ensuring that our tenants have the exact amount of space they need to run their businesses effectively.
